Your Questions, Answered
When should I book a newborn session?
We recommend booking during your second trimester (around 20–28 weeks) to secure your preferred date. Newborn sessions are best captured in the first 5–15 days after birth, when babies are sleepiest and most poseable.
How long does a session take?
Newborn sessions typically take 2.5–4 hours (including feeding and settling time). Mini sessions are 45 minutes, and Classic/Heirloom sessions run 2–3 hours. We never rush — your baby's pace is our pace.
What should we wear?
We provide a full styling guide after booking. Generally, we suggest soft, neutral tones that complement each other — nothing too busy or logo-heavy. We have a small wardrobe of baby outfits and wraps available in studio.
Are your props baby-safe?
Absolutely. Every prop, wrap, blanket, and surface used in our studio is carefully selected to be 100% baby-safe. We regularly clean and sanitise all equipment, and your baby is never left unsupported during posed shots.
When will I receive my gallery?
Your beautifully edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session via a private, password-protected online link. You'll be able to download all images in high resolution for printing.
Do you offer sibling or extended family shoots?
Yes! We love capturing multiple generations together. Our Family and Heirloom packages are perfect for including siblings, grandparents, and the whole family. Mention this when booking and we'll plan accordingly.
